Children and youth today face new challenges. School, work, family, and social pressures have contributed to unprecedented levels of distress among young people (APA, 2014). However children and youth in the 21st century have access to a wide range of tools and resources for coping with the difficult tasks they face on a daily basis. At the Innovative Interactions Lab, we are interested in how children and youth capitalize on the tools and resources of the 21st century.
